Kim-An Hernandez joined Vanguard in September 2018 as Head of Information Technology & Security Legal, and currently serves as Principal and Chief Procurement Officer. From 2019 to 2021, Kim-An was a member of Vanguard’s IT Senior Leadership team as Head of Global Resource and Strategy. Prior to joining Vanguard, Kim-An worked for International Paper in Memphis, Tennessee as Senior Counsel Information Technology, Data Privacy & eDiscovery, and previous to that as Manager in the Forensic Technology Practice at KPMG, LLP and as an Associate with Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, in the San Francisco offices of both firms. Kim-An earned her J.D. from Vanderbilt University School of Law, Business Certificate from Vanderbilt Owen School of Management, and her B.A. from Connecticut College. Kim-An also serves as Officer co-lead of OPEN, Vanguard’s LGBTQ+ Professional Engagement Network, is a member of the Board of Trustees for Connecticut College, and serves on the Board of Directors for the Fund for the School District of Philadelphia.
Belinda Enoma is a New York-based data privacy and cybersecurity leader passionate about empowering women to fearlessly pursue goals, leverage their knowledge, expertise, experience to elevate their lives and positively impact others. She is a global empowerment speaker, conference host, life coach, corporate trainer, and strategist. Belinda has spoken on stage and impacted audiences in several cities including London, Milan, Atlanta, Dallas, Annapolis. Belinda is a Certified Information Privacy Professional with a law degree from Birmingham City University in England, LLM from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York, and a Certificate in Cybersecurity, Managing Risk in the Information Age from Harvard University. She currently consults in tech privacy in a Big Four consulting firm. In addition, she is a writer and has a published paper in the Journal of Data Protection & Privacy titled “Data Breach in the Travel Sector and Strategies for Risk Mitigation.” Belinda is dedicated to elevating destinies, often empowering audiences globally to impact their generation and teach the next. Her messages are intergenerational, transformational, and shift mindsets whether in the boardroom, on television, radio, in small or large conferences, corporate events.
Shawn Harris is the Senior Director of Information Security at Chipotle Mexican Grill. In this role, he is responsible for implementing the cybersecurity program inclusive of Security Engineering, Operations, and Compliance teams to deliver business results. With over 25 years of cybersecurity experience, Shawn holds multiple industry certifications, including Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Information Systems Security Architecture Professional (ISSAP), Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP). He is on the board of directors for The National Technology Security Coalition, Hackers for Change and is an advisory board member of several prestigious organizations including Cybersecurity Competency Group (CSCG), RSA Conference Program Committee, and the Microsoft Cybersecurity Customer Advisory board. He is the co-chair of the CSA Cloud Control Matrix working group and was named one of Security Magazine’s Top Cybersecurity Leaders in 2021. Harris has spoken at several esteemed events, most notably the RSA Conference and ISC2 World Congress. Shawn is passionate about building and strengthening highly engaged teams, fostering a culture of growth and forward-thinking mindsets. He coaches through challenges to empower individuals to think and operate independently and drive innovation.
With over 20 years of experience in research and technology, John provides executive-level leadership, relationship management, and board strategy development. He is a published author, technologist, and researcher with areas of expertise in cybersecurity, cloud computing, information security, and next-generation technology (IoT, DevOps, Blockchain, Quantum). John specializes in risk management, third-party assessment, threat intelligence, data protection, incident response, and business development within multiple industry sectors, including government. His works and collaborations have been presented in the Wall Street Journal, Forbes, SC Magazine, USA Today, CBS, Information Week, and others. John’s contributions continue with involvement in professional organizations such as CSA, IAPP, ISSA, ISC2, and ISACA. John sits on numerous technology committees in government and industry with the FCC, NIST, ISO, CSA, IEEE, and CIS. He represents the US as a delegate for cybersecurity relations to other nation-states.
Kris is the CEO and Co-Founder of Tiro Security, a Cybersecurity Staffing and professional services company. He is a retained advisor to the Cloud Security Alliance and one of the original founding Board Members of the Southern California CSA Chapter, previous President, and an honorary board member. He serves as an advisory board member to the National Cybersecurity Training & Education Center (NCYTE) as well as for the non-profit; GRC for intelligent Ecosystems (GRCIE). When it comes to cyber security staffing Kris is recognized as one of the most experienced specialists in the industry, he has spoken at some of the most prestigious conferences in our industry including DEFCON, RSA, BSidesLV, and the (ISC)2 Congress.
Dr. Ntemngwa is a cyber and Information Security & Risk Management expert, author, scientist, and professor with over 13 years of experience across North America, the Middle East, and Europe. He has worked as an Analyst, Information Security Risk Consultant, IT Auditor, and Security Engineer, helping clients design, build, assess, and improve risk management programs. Known for his passion for advanced technology and a “can do” mentality, Dr. Ntemngwa has led and executed cybersecurity and maturity assessments using industry frameworks such as ISO 27001/27002, NIST 800 series, GDPR, and HIPAA/HITECH. Beyond his professional work, he is actively involved in his community, serving on the board of Black in Cybersecurity, as a member of Blacks in AI, a Fellow at the National CyberWatch Center, and as a Certified Tax Preparer volunteer for BakerRipley in Houston, TX.
