At GRCIE, our mission is to close the cybersecurity employment gap and increase diversity in the industry. Our leadership team, students, and alumni work together to create a more inclusive, equitable, and skilled cybersecurity workforce, embodying the values that drive our mission forward. Guided by the principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion, they are committed to addressing the lack of diversity in cybersecurity by offering tuition-free education to underserved communities and creating pathways to sustainable careers for BIPOC, women, and veterans.
Award-Winning Innovation and Leadership
GRCIE is proud to be recognized as an award-winning leader in the cybersecurity field. Our dedication to innovation, diversity, and education has earned us accolades, including our groundbreaking work in AI and IoT assessments. Notably, GRCIE’s all-female team developed ISACA’s first-ever AI Audit Toolkit, providing structured guidance on AI controls for auditors worldwide. These accomplishments reflect our ongoing commitment to excellence as we continue to push the boundaries of cybersecurity and sustainability.
Our Students
GRCIE students are at the forefront of cybersecurity education. With access to cutting-edge training, mentorship, and real-world experience, they are preparing to fill critical roles in the industry. Our students come from diverse backgrounds, and their success in the program reflects GRCIE’s commitment to creating opportunities for all.
These students focus on Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) training, developing the skills necessary to manage risk and ensure regulatory compliance in cybersecurity. Through rigorous coursework and hands-on projects, they are trained to oversee security protocols and ensure organizations adhere to industry standards.
Our Cloud & Security Engineers are dedicated to learning cloud security, equipping students with the knowledge and expertise to secure cloud infrastructures. They work on real-world projects, mastering cloud computing, IoT security, and the technologies that safeguard data in today’s digital world.
